CVS Health is seeking aContract Negotiations professional to drive contract development, negotiation, and analysis across networks. You will partner with physicians, providers, and local teams to align contracts with accessibility and cost goals.

You will help forecast market changes, assess business impact, and support cost-saving settlements. The role mentors junior staff and participates in cross-functional pricing and reimbursement modeling activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in provider contracting, claims management, or patient management.
• 5+ years in a claims environment.
• Experience with ACAS and HRP claim platforms, products, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Constructs negotiation, execution, review, and analysis of contracts.
• Delivers dispute resolution and settlement negotiations with providers.
• Ensures contract performance aligns with accessibility, compliance, quality, and cost goals.
• Develops relationships with physicians/providers and local network teams.
• Forecasts changes, conducts impact assessments, and develops modification strategies.
• Collaborates cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing development.
• Assists in cost issue management and settlement activities.
• Coaches junior colleagues and performs other duties as assigned.
