Job summary

NewGen Technologies is seeking a Network Architect/Designer with a strong engineering and network design background. The role will shape the program and Battle Network architecture from edge to enterprise data platforms. You will serve as the subject matter expert on Battle Network technologies, including software defined networking and data flows.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3-4 days onsite. Local candidates in the DMV area are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is a must.
• Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible) required.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Knowledge of customer cybersecurity a plus.
• Enterprise Architecture experience is essential.
• Pentagon Strategy and Policy familiarity.
• CISSP and/or CISM certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence the architecture of the program and its Battle Network from the tactical edge to enterprise data platforms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Battle Network technologies (software defined networking, data flows, mission applications, etc.).
