Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain enterprise networking for a global workforce. The role focuses on software-defined networking and hardware-independent platforms, with an emphasis on security and scalable topologies.
You will design voice, data, and video networks, troubleshoot across locations, and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders through complex solutions.
The role involves serving as a Network Architect, supporting enterprise infrastructure for a global workforce. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining software-defined and hardware-independent networking technologies, such as hypervisor networking platforms. The architect assists in developing new network systems and topologies, integrating customer needs, security constraints, and innovative solutions. Key duties include designing and overseeing voice, data, and video communication hardware, troubleshooting network issues across multiple locations, and establishing security procedures to protect against intrusions. The position requires providing technical guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, evaluating hardware and software solutions, and participating in site surveys.
Qualifications include extensive experience (12+ years with a bachelor\'s degree, or 15+ years with an associate\'s degree, or 20+ years with a high school diploma), knowledge of networking hardware (Arista, Aruba, Plexxi, F5, Dell), security standards, and performance monitoring tools. Preferred skills involve coordinating with IT teams, evaluating solutions, and staying informed of industry practices. A current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
