Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a Network Architect to design, implement, and maintain enterprise networking for a global workforce. The role focuses on software-defined networking and hardware-independent platforms, with an emphasis on security and scalable topologies.

You will design voice, data, and video networks, troubleshoot across locations, and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders through complex solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience with a bachelor's degree, or 15+ years with an associate's degree, or 20+ years with a high school diploma.
• Knowledge of networking hardware including Arista, Aruba, Plexxi, F5 and Dell.
• Knowledge of security standards and performance monitoring tools.

The position requires providing technical guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, evaluating hardware and software solutions, and participating in site surveys.

Preferred skills involve coordinating with IT teams, evaluating solutions, and staying informed of industry practices. A current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
