Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or 4 years of related work experience or 2 years with an associate's degree.
• 6 years of network or related experience required.
• Preferred: CCNP or CCNA certification.
• C2 Eligibility and credit check required.

Responsibilities

• Focus on network operations across multiple platforms and analyze architecture, hardware, software, and configurations.
• Analyze workload including traffic and utilization trends; support development and implementation; improve user docs and training.
• Test and verify hardware and peripherals to meet specs by recording and analyzing data.
• Collaborate with specialists to evaluate hardware-software interfaces and performance requirements.
• Ensure network compliance with audits; address vulnerabilities; maintain security/backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor network performance and update processes and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network technology.
