Job summary

Entarian seeks a Network Administrator SME to support the US Space Force, Space Operations Command (SpOC), Space Delta 8, providing day-to-day operational support for Wideband Global SATCOM across CONUS and OCONUS.

This full-time role requires an active Top Secret clearance, a BS in CS or IT, 5+ years in network administration/engineering, and DoD 8140 certifications (Security+ or equivalent). Salary range $110,000–$160,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• US Active Top Secret (or TS/SCI) clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive network administration/engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Certifications aligned to DoD 8140 network administration roles (e.g. Security+ or equivalent).

Overview

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Entarian is seeking a Network Administrator SME to support the US Space Force, Space Operations Command (SpOC), Space Delta 8. Space Delta 8 is the SATCOM war‑fighting lead for the US Space Force and leads the operation, maintenance, and modernization of the Wideband Global SATCOM System (WGS) with points of presence located at multiple sites CONUS and OCONUS, providing the day‑to‑day operational support needed to manage DoD's satellite communications capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing expertise to the sites guidance and take the lead in troubleshooting NIPRNET, SIPRENT, WSOMS, RMCE LAN and/or WAN issues.

Salary range: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00

Minimum Qualifications

• US Active Top Secret (or TS/SCI) level clearance (eligible for immediate adjudication by the cognizant security authority)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) or IT related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive network administration/engineering experience supporting enterprise‑sale environments; directly responsible for network architecture decisions
• Certifications are aligned to DoD 8140 network administration work roles (e.g. Security+ or equivalent)
