Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in network administration or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with enterprise network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls).
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Security+ depending on level).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance.

Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Network Administrator II in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. Position Type: _ Contingent on Contract Award. _

Salary: $65k-$115k (depending on experience)

The Network Administrator II supports the Navy by administering, securing, andmaintainingenterprise network infrastructure across global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments. This role ensures network availability, performance, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Essential Functions:

• Support network administration tasks including monitoring and basic configuration.
• Assistwith troubleshooting connectivity and network performance issues.
• Maintainnetwork documentation and configuration records.
• Support implementation of network changes and updates.
• Assistinmaintainingcompliance with network security policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
