Goodwill Corporate Office in Phoenix is seeking a Network Administrator I to join our IT team. This full-time role focuses on managing and supporting GCNA's network infrastructure, including cabling, wireless access points, and monitoring systems.

Qualifications include a degree or equivalent, 1+ year experience, and CCENT/CCNA certification. Candidates should have TCP/IP knowledge, security awareness, and customer-service orientation. Valid driver's license required.

• Degree in Computer/Information Science or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ progressive experience as a Network Administrator.
• Network+, CCENT or CCNA certification.
• Excellent understanding of TCP/IP principles.
• Knowledge of network security, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS, VoIP systems, routers, SIP Trunks.
• Experience with mixed vendor environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Driver's license and ability to pass background check.
