Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Network Administrator to configure and sustain LAN/WAN infrastructure, security appliances, and telephony systems across Windows environments. The role requires hands-on management of AD/GP, Office 365, Cisco switches, SAN storage, VMware/Hyper‑V, and Meraki, with strong troubleshooting and independent work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows domain networks, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Experience configuring and maintaining Office 365 services and security features.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco switches and security appliances (CCNA is a plus).
• Familiarity with SAN storage configuration and Synology devices.
• Ability to manage VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization environments.
• Experience with Meraki wireless and Cisco security products.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across LAN/WAN infrastructure and telephony systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain servers and peripherals for LAN/WAN systems.
• Maintain firewalls, IDS, cameras, and other security devices for the LAN/WAN.
• Provide network access, user administration, and security across multiple operating systems.
• Diagnose and fix network hardware and software issues.
• Monitor switches, routers, and wireless APs to minimize bottlenecks.
• Configure and maintain the clinic's Zoom telephony system for connectivity.
• Maintain print/fax servers and other network peripherals.
• Manage email, mail security, and calendar services on the network.
• Install PCs, printers, and other IS hardware/software across the clinic.
• Write programs to find alternative solutions to existing systems and procedures.
