Bell Laboratories Inc. is seeking a motivated network professional in Wisconsin to install, configure, monitor, and maintain complex network and infrastructure systems.
You will ensure performance, availability, and security across routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, DNS/DHCP, and VPN services. The role requires an Associate degree in IT/CS or related field, and a minimum of four years of network administration experience.

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in network administration or related IT infrastructure roles.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN technologies, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, firewall, backup, and network monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of cybersecurity and network administration best practices.
Routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, telecommunications equipment, network monitoring platforms, computers, and related networking hardware and software.
Hand-eye coordination for typing and equipment maintenance. Ability to sit for extended periods, regularly stand, walk between buildings, talk, see, and hear. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
