Job summary

TECEZE is seeking a senior network engineer in the New York area to design, implement, and support complex campus and data center networks. You will work with Cisco routers/switches, routing protocols, and high-availability setups, while optimizing data center fabrics and WLAN deployments.

The role requires hands-on experience with SDN tools (ACI/SDA/DNAC), F5 load balancers, and monitoring. Expect collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable network solutions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding of service components like Cisco Router and Switch.
  • Proficiency in LAN/WAN topologies using routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
  • Experience with high-availability protocols HSRP/GLBP/VRRP.
  • Hands-on with traffic manipulation using OSPF/EIGRP/BGP.
  • Proficient in VLANs, L3 switches, STP (PVST/RPVST+).
  • Datacenter networking knowledge including VXLAN and fabric paths.
  • Familiar with SDN products like Cisco ACI, SDA, and DNAC.
  • Experience with F5 load balancer and bluecoat proxy.
  • WLAN site surveys, heatmaps, AP placement, and troubleshooting.

Job description

  • Good understanding & Hands-on in Wireless site survey, reporting, heatmap creations, placement of APs, troubleshoot and maintain WLAN both traditional and modern products and solutions
