Port of Palm Beach is seeking an IT support professional to perform general network and systems maintenance and resolve issues for users. The role involves configuring Cisco switches, Fortinet firewalls, Meraki dashboards, and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Local candidates with AD and Windows Server experience are preferred. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, problem escalation, and assisting with special IT projects under the IT Director, while staying current with technology

Performs general network and systems maintenance tasks and resolves low to intermediate problems immediately. Escalates more complex issues to a higher level of support. Provides technical assistance and answers to users' questions, and assists users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Some lifting of computer equipment up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Primary working conditions are typical of an indoor/office environment.
