Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a technically skilled MSP/network professional to join a multi-site environment in Ohio. You will manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot complex enterprise infrastructure, and own solving problems end-to-end for our clients.

The ideal candidate has hands-on MSP experience, a proven track record in network troubleshooting, and a proactive, accountable mindset to drive reliable, scalable solutions across our campus network and remote sites.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Hands-on experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-site network environment strongly preferred.


• Proven track record in network troubleshooting, maintenance, and enterprise infrastructure support.


• Strong sense of ownership, personal accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Ability to manage multiple priority projects simultaneously, from routine site updates to complex infrastructure rollouts, in a fast-paced environment.
