Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC in NH is hiring a Network Administrator Mid to support the BIM contract at the 157th Air Refueling Wing. You will provide Tier 2 network administration for NIPR and SIPR Base Area networks.

Responsibilities include remote NOC support, monitoring, incident response, and coordinating with on-site personnel to ensure continuous network operations and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification.

• Provides remote Network Operations Center support from forward-deployed location ensuring continuity of NOC operations and distributed network management capabilities.
• Serves as backup NOC operations capability providing redundancy for centralized NOC functions.
• Monitors assigned network infrastructure and systems from remote location.
• Coordinates with primary NOC personnel ensuring seamless handoff of monitoring and management responsibilities.
• Provides NOC management decision-making support during primary NOC disruptions or contingency situations.
• Performs network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting activities independently.
• Maintains proficiency with all NOC tools, processes, and procedures.

This position will provide Tier 2 Network Administration support augmenting Air National Guard Communications Squadron personnel in operating NIPR and SIPR Base Area Network infrastructure. This position is located at 157th Air Refueling Wing, NH.

• Maintains secure communications and coordination channels with primary NOC

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• 5+ relevant years of experience
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent
• CompTIA Security+CE required
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required
