Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking a General Employee to support multiple departments with a variety of duties. The role requires the ability to walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in cold, wet, and sometimes hazardous conditions. You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

No prior experience is required, and the position emphasizes learning on the job, following GMPs and SOPs, and contributing to overall product quality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic math: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as described by the Supervisor/Lead.
• Must keep pace with the line.
• Work as a team to meet product specs safely and communicate with teammates.
• Assist other departments as needed by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, Plant Rules and Policies.
