Job summary

Connor Group is seeking a NetSuite Senior Manager to lead our Digital Solutions practice. You will drive NetSuite projects, oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations for clients, and mentor teams while expanding your NetSuite leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP and system implementations experience.
• NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
• In depth knowledge of NetSuite cloud platform, integration capabilities, data migration conversion tools.
• Strong knowledge of key financial processes such as Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report.
• Very strong project management capabilities and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and accountability.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Connor Group systems & NetSuite related projects.
• Ensure projects' scope, timeline and quality meet best practices.
• Project manage NetSuite projects across all phases: scoping, planning, scheduling, risk management.
• Demonstrate functional knowledge of NetSuite and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvement initiatives with client and Connor Group teams.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to project team members.
• Participate in client business development activities: meetings, proposals, and estimates.
