Job summary

ASCENDING is actively seeking a NetSuite / Salesforce Integration & Solution Architect for a 2-month engagement in Arlington, MA. This on-site role may be remote for out-of-state candidates, with option for W2 or 1099 payrolls.

Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce using APIs and middleware. Lead architecture, document processes, ensure security and performance, and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver reliable data flows.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Proficient in REST and SOAP APIs and data transformation.
• Experience with middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Jitterbit, Workato).
• Strong integration architecture and security/compliance focus.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end NetSuite-Salesforce integrations.
• Lead solution architecture and integration strategy across platforms.
• Analyze business processes to identify integration opportunities and data accuracy.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain integration processes hands-on.
• Troubleshoot complex integrations to minimize downtime.
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of integration solutions.
• Create and maintain technical docs and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with IT, analysts, and developers to gather requirements.
• Stay current with NetSuite, Salesforce and integration tech trends.
