Job summary

Armorock-LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Sulphur Springs, TX to own inventory records, manage NetSuite receipts, and ensure all receiving, inventory, and fulfillment transactions are accurate and timely.

You will work with Yard, Buyers, QC, EHS, and the Supply Chain Manager to maintain traceability, support cycle counts, and handle ERP data with discipline in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain coordination, ERP transactions, receiving/shipping administration, or manufacturing support.
• Strong ERP and transaction-processing experience; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately process receipts, inventory transactions, transfers, adjustments, pick tickets, and fulfillment records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and post NetSuite transactions against verified packing lists and receiving records.
• Maintain lot/serial traceability, prepare inventory adjustments, and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Support material planning, replenishment signals, and interplant transfers.
• Process pick tickets and fulfill shipments with proper traceability data.
• Ensure EHS data entry and reporting for chemicals; maintain SDS documentation.
• Collaborate with Yard Manager, Buyers, QC, and Supply Chain Manager to resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean initiatives affecting plant transactions.
• Perform daily review of receiving, inventory, transfer, and fulfillment transactions.
