Job summary

Road Warrior Parts & Service seek an experienced NetSuite Administrator to manage and improve our ERP environment across multiple brands. You will start with administration, testing, and implementation support, then take ownership of design, prioritization, and delivery as the role grows.

Based in Charlotte, NC, this mostly in-office position offers work-from-home flexibility and some travel for acquisitions and go-lives. Strong problem solving and hands-on skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite or similar ERP experience as an implementation consultant or administrator.
• Understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory Management with basic accounting knowledge.
• Analytical and data manipulation skills; Excel proficiency; BI tools a plus.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, data cleaning, configuration, and testing experience.
• Clear communicator and able to work independently; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain NetSuite forms, saved searches, and role-based dashboards.
• Provision users, manage roles and permissions, and train new users.
• Serve as first-line NetSuite support across brands and functions.

Position Description

This role will be instrumental in managing and improving NetSuite, the ERP system at the heart of our operations. With multiple brands, locations, and ongoing acquisitions, we rely on a highly customized NetSuite environment with custom UIs, automations, and integrations.

This is a growth-oriented role. You will start with administration, testing, and implementation support, gradually taking on greater ownership of system design, prioritization, and delivery. For the right person, this is an opportunity to eventually own the technology powering our core operations.

Location & Travel

Based in Charlotte, NC, this role is primarily in-office, especially while ramping up, with work-from-home flexibility. Some travel to our locations is expected, primarily for acquisition go-lives and user training.

What You'll Do

NetSuite Administration

• Build and maintain custom transaction and entry forms, saved searches, and role-based dashboards
• Provision and train new users and manage roles and permissions
• Serve as first-line of NetSuite support / troubleshooting for users across our brands and functional areas, resolving issues or routing them to the right place
• Handle routine configuration and reporting requests
• Write and maintain documentation, SOPs, and quick-reference guides

New Feature Implementation

• Maintain enhancement backlog and contribute to development/prioritization of NetSuite product roadmap
• Own testing of new customizations and provide clear feedback to developer
• Research solutions to make decisions on buy vs. build

Acquisition Integrations

• Support bringing newly acquired companies onto NetSuite, from system setup through go-live
• Clean, map, and migrate data such as customers, vendors, items, and transactions
• Test end-to-end business processes in the new environment and train the incoming team

Skills & Characteristics

• Minimum 3+ years of NetSuite or similar ERP experience as an implementation consultant or administrator. NetSuite experience with wholesale / distribution preferred.
• Strong understanding of core ERP processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management) and basic accounting principles
• Resourceful problem solver: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and figuring things out independently. Knows when to research, experiment, and troubleshoot versus when to ask for guidance or escalating an issue.
• Not just a solution architect, but someone who is hands-on in diagnosing issues, reconciling differences, data cleaning, configuration, and testing
• Strong analytical skills including complex data manipulation and Excel analysis. Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) preferred a plus.
• Thorough and creative thinker: when validating solutions, you naturally think through edge cases, different user scenarios, and ways things could break
• Clear and effective communicator. Able to simplify complex topics in a concise manner.
