Job summary

Forvis Mazars US, NetSuite practice, is seeking a Consultant to join the BTS NetSuite team. You will participate across the implementation lifecycle, translating client requirements into NetSuite configurations, supporting data migration, testing, training, go‑live, and post‑go‑live activities.

The role emphasizes inventory-related processes, collaboration with senior consultants, and ongoing learning of NetSuite capabilities while maintaining a client‑facing delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years hands-on NetSuite work in consulting or delivery.
• Experience with inventory-management configurations in NetSuite.
• Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite setups.
• Experience working with stakeholders and communicating progress.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Participate across the NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements and process discussions, solution configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Translate client business requirements into practical NetSuite solutions, with attention to inventory-related processes and controls.
• Configure NetSuite features, workflows, roles, forms, searches, reports, and other functional components.
• Prepare, validate, and support the migration of master and transactional data into NetSuite.
• Own smaller project workstreams independently while coordinating design decisions with senior consultants and project leadership.
• Support optimization, managed support, and advisory engagements in addition to full implementation projects.
• Perform light customization and assist with solution scoping and implementation planning.
• Create clear functional documentation and client-facing deliverables.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate timely resolution with clients and team members.
