Ladders is seeking a NetSuite Developer cum Admin to own the configuration, development, and ongoing support of NetSuite in a remote environment. The role partners with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions and strengthen integrations across the application landscape.

A key focus is identifying practical AI opportunities and embedding them into scripts and workflows to boost efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience as administrator and developer.
• Strong SuiteScript 2.x skills, including debugging and performance tuning.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and OAuth 2.0 integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy SuiteScript 2.x solutions.
• Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows and custom records.
• Develop integrations between NetSuite and other platforms using SuiteTalk.
• Identify and deliver AI use cases within NetSuite.
• Integrate LLM APIs into scripts and workflows with proper design.
• Manage users, roles, and permissions within NetSuite.
• Gather requirements from various teams and translate them into technical designs.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a NetSuite Developer cum Admin to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own the configuration, development, and ongoing support of NetSuite within a technology environment.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, improve operational workflows, and strengthen integrations across the broader application landscape.

A key part of the position will also involve identifying practical AI opportunities and embedding them into scripts and workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy SuiteScript 2.x solutions.
• Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows and custom records.
• Develop integrations between NetSuite and other platforms using SuiteTalk.
• Identify and deliver AI use cases within NetSuite.
• Integrate LLM APIs into scripts and workflows with proper design.

• Solid understanding of NetSuite financial modules and role/permission design.
• Demonstrated AI skills, including generative AI application and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
