Platform Science, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level NetSuite Administrator to be the technical backbone of our ERP, ensuring scalability and GAAP compliance for a fast-growing SaaS business. You will optimize NetSuite and develop SuiteScript and SuiteFlow automations to support finance and operations.
Lead integrations with Salesforce using SuiteTalk, REST, and Webhooks, govern security and data quality, and translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions across departments.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level NetSuite Administrator to serve as a critical owner and strategic advocate for our core ERP system. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical "connective tissue" of our organization, responsible for driving platform excellence, ensuring system scalability, and maintaining strict alignment with US GAAP financial standards. The ideal candidate will leverage deep NetSuite expertise to optimize business workflows and support our accelerated growth as a dynamic SaaS company.

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $89,297 and $132,162 . The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
