Key Responsibilities:

• System Optimization: Configure and maintain NetSuite to improve day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and supply chain workflows.
• Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, gather requirements, and implement NetSuite best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to for NetSuite-related issues—managing user permissions, resolving data errors, and troubleshooting functional problems.
• Documentation & Training: Develop internal documentation and support user training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on NetSuite updates and manufacturing/supply chain tech trends to drive ongoing system evolution.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator (NetSuite Certified preferred).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain modules in NetSuite.
• Familiarity with financial processes such as purchasing, order management, and cost tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn business needs into practical system solutions.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
