Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Product Designer in Indianapolis to lead the design of major B2B2C product experiences powering the consumer experience.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, data researchers, and business teams to prototype ideas and deliver from concept to launch, while maintaining design systems and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Product Planner (or equivalent) in the B2B2C space, driving high-influence initiatives from concept to execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating collaboration and critical thinking, particularly contextual studies showing mastery and initiative.
• Understanding of complex workflows designed to scale across global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and using component-based design systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that energize partners and clearly communicate vision.
• Meticulous attention to detail (e.g., creating documentation to support design decisions).
• High-level experience with complex internal frameworks, data pipelines, and specialized environments such as API platforms is a plus.
• Experience driving design process for B2B2C marketing initiatives (e.g., impacting product lift from an engagement-design perspective) is a plus.
