OnwardPath Technology Solutions LLC in Austin (TX) and Fremont (CA) is seeking a .NET Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable full‑stack web applications using React on the frontend and .NET/C# on the backend.

The role emphasizes RESTful APIs, unit and integration tests, agile collaboration, and delivering high-quality code. It is onsite from day one for locals, with opportunities to contribute to architecture and performance improvements.

Formación

• Strong front-end experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong back-end experience with .NET and C#.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React, .NET, and C#.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.
• Design and implement robust backend services and APIs using .NET and C#.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
• Work with distributed backend systems and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
