Job summary

CloudIngest seeks a senior software engineer with at least 10 years of software development experience to lead the delivery of large, complex systems. The role emphasizes work with State of Florida financial systems (FLAIR and PALM) and requires deep SDLC expertise, analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders.

You will mentor technical teams, help shape architecture, ensure security, performance, and scalability, and integrate OData REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices throughout

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of software development experience.

Job Summary

• Preferred experience working with State of Florida financial systems and governmental accounting, including DFS’ Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) and Florida Planning Accounting and Ledger Management (PALM) systems.
• Excellent knowledge in developing solutions requires analysis and research.
• Skilled in working on one or more projects as a project team member.
• Ability to work on large, complex projects requires increased skill in multiple technical environments.
• Experience developing large and complex systems through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). SDLC).
• Experience working with project stakeholders identifying and refining solution requirements.
• Experience driving critical decisions about the following key solution aspects: organization of the solution, high-level structure, main components, interfaces, performance, resilience, reuse, comprehensibility, scalability, and security.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Experience and knowledge of Network and System development and deployment.
