Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology in Summit, NJ is seeking a mid-level .NET Full Stack Developer with strong AI experience to join our hybrid team. You will build scalable applications using .NET backend and React frontend, and work with our AI team to improve SDLC frameworks.

The role emphasizes applying AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to speed development, code generation, debugging, and documentation, across requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
• If close to the office, then 3 days per week in an office

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET (backend) and React (frontend), combined with hands-on experience in AI-assisted software development. This role will play a critical part in advancing our AI-driven SDLC by working closely with our internal AI team to refine frameworks, accelerate delivery, and improve software quality.

The ideal candidate brings practical experience using tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, with a strong understanding of how AI can be embedded across the software development lifecycle to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET (C#, APIs, backend services) and React (modern frontend frameworks).

Required Qualifications
