The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the Microsoft technology stack, Azure cloud, healthcare integrations, and modern web application architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise-scale healthcare applications using .NET and Azure.

Define end-to-end application, integration, security, and data architecture.

Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and development teams.

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs and integrations.

Drive healthcare interoperability usingHL7 FHIR (R4/R5)and EHR integrations.

Establish development standards, best practices, and cloud-native architecture patterns.

Required Skills

15+ years of software development/architecture experience.

Strong expertise inC#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, REST APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

Extensive experience withMicrosoft Azure Cloud Services.

Strong knowledge ofHL7 FHIR R4/R5and healthcare interoperability.

Experience withEHR integrations and healthcare data exchange standards.
