Job summary

Infosys is hiring a Technology Consultant 1 to develop applications using the Microsoft .NET stack, ASP.NET, and C#.NET, with Oracle PL/SQL experience. The role includes SDLC participation, API design, testing, and production support across banking, wealth management, and insurance domains.

The position may require relocation or travel within the United States. US work authorization is required; Infosys sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• Willing to relocate and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship may apply; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications and aid in process documentation.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications according to detailed design specs.
• Execute test plans, analyze outcomes, and report defects to facilitate software performance improvements.
• Support integration of new software features and transitions within the existing system.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications and maintain comprehensive documentation.
