Job summary

Avanciers Incorporated is looking for a .NET Developer to join a client project in Nashville, TN. This full-time role requires on-site presence five days a week and a focus on building scalable APIs and backend services with .NET and ASP.NET Core.

You will design robust data flows, work with SQL/NoSQL databases, and contribute to healthcare workflow projects, including radiology-related data and DICOM concepts. AWS, Docker, and CI/CD experience are valuable.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend business logic using .NET (C#).
• Build and manage ASP.NET Core-based services for data processing and system integration.
• Strong experience in .NET (C#) and API design with RESTful services.
• Experience with data integration and workflow orchestration; healthcare data familiarity.

Required Skills

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend business logic using .NET (C#)
• Build and manage ASP.NET Core-based services for data processing and system integration
• Strong experience in .NET (C#)
• Solid experience in API design and development (RESTful services, Web APIs)
• Experience with data integration and workflow orchestration
• Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with radiology workflows and data structures
• Basic understanding of medical imaging standards (DICOM)
• Exposure to healthcare systems and interoperability standards

Skills

• Experience integrating AI/ML outputs into production systems
