Seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong Angular, Azure DevOps, and AWS cloud migration experience. The candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications while following Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and State of Michigan development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET and Angular.

Gather and analyze business and technical requirements with Business Analysts.

Create technical designs, system specifications, and application documentation.

Develop reusable, secure, and scalable software components.

Support AWS cloud migration activities and application modernization.

Use Azure DevOps for development workflows, source control, and deployment processes.

Perform unit, integration, and system testing.

Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases.

Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Participate in code reviews, technical walkthroughs, and project review meetings.

Identify application vulnerabilities, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

Follow Agile and State of Michigan development, security, configuration, and change management standards.

Prepare user manuals and provide user training when required.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills:

6+ years of Angular development experience.

6+ years of .NET technologies experience.

6+ years of Azure DevOps experience.

6+ years of AWS cloud migration experience.

Strong experience with process-oriented Agile methodologies.

Proven experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Strong web application design and development knowledge.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Playwright for integration testing.

Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps.

Experience working with batch job processes.

Experience in client-facing stakeholder collaboration.
