Job summary

InnovitUSA is seeking an intermediate level Microsoft .NET Developer to participate in all phases of the development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, QA, implementation, training, and maintenance. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and delivering reliable software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, VB.NET or C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Experience with the full software development lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.

• Experience in IT project management and documenting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle: requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Microsoft technologies (ASP.NET Web Forms, VB.NET/C#, HTML/CSS/JS).
• Create and update technical documentation and provide user training as needed.
• Support and mentor junior staff and ensure SDLC compliance.
