Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm is seeking a .NET Developer with experience in Visual Studio and SQL Server. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications, ensuring high coding standards and best practices, all while working in a dynamic team environment. A BA/BS in a related field is required, and additional skills in AWS or .NET Framework versions could be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET Framework (2.0 to 4.0).
• Strong analytical, design, and documentation skills.
• Prior experience migrating from classic ASP to ASP.NET is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visual Studio 2005, 2008, 2010 (ASP.Net, VB.Net, Web Services, Java Script, AJAX and CSS)
• .Net Framework 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0
• Visual SourceSafe 8.0
• Visual Studio Team Foundation 2012
• SQL Server 2005 and 2008 developer level understanding
• SQL Server Management Studio 2005 and 2008
• SQL Server Reporting Services 2005 and 2008

• Proficient in Database concepts and Data modeling
