Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC seeks a seasoned Technical Lead/Architect to drive cloud-native web applications using .NET and AWS. You will lead a cross-functional team across engineering, QA, and product squads to deliver scalable, high-performing order-entry platforms.

Responsibilities include overseeing design, development, planning, and coordination, mentoring engineers, and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A strong background in C#, .NET, and AWS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience in software development.
• 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience, including serverless and containerized services.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (CSS, Semantic HTML, Responsive Design).
• Deep knowledge of OOP, data modeling, design patterns, and unit testing.
• Experience using Git or Visual Studio for version control and development workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-volume, low-latency applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with Product Owners.
• Plan and manage agile sprints to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and provide architecture guidance.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams on end-to-end design.
• Guide the team in documenting SDLC-aligned technical docs.
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
