Responsibilities

• Monitor the FCM’s net capital levels daily for compliance.
• Prepare the daily net capital and monthly Form 1-R-FCM filings.
• Assist with the preparation of US GAAP financial statements.
• Coordinate interim and annual audits.
• Develop and maintain the internal net capital calculation tool.
