Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Application Support & Troubleshooting across UAT and production environments.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot .NET applications, APIs, databases, and logs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds.
• Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Support production releases, deployments, and post-release validation.
