Must Have Skills

• 7 years of professional experience with C# and .NET Framework Core
• Deep understanding of .NET compilation process, IL code, and runtime behavior
• Hands‑on experience with Roslyn Microsoft Code Analysis for code generation and analysis
• Proficiency in creating source generators, code analyzers, and syntax rewriters
• Strong knowledge of MS Build, custom build tasks, and .NET SDK
• Experience with Reflection, Expression Trees, and dynamic code generation
• Expertise in T4 templates, Razor templating, or similar code generation technologies
• Understanding of ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and modern .NET patterns
• AWS: strong hands‑on experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, EC2, Lambda, RDS, etc. and cloud architecture
• Problem solving – proven ability to design solutions for complex technical challenges
• Communication skills – excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder interaction and team leadership

Good to Have Skills

• Angular experience in developing modern responsive frontend applications
