Overview

Must Have Skills

• 7 years of professional experience with C and .NET Framework Core
• Deep understanding of .NET compilation process IL code and runtime behavior
• Hands-on experience with Roslyn Microsoft Code Analysis for code generation and analysis
• Proficiency in creating source generators, code analyzers and syntax rewriters
• Strong knowledge of MSBuild, custom build tasks and .NET SDK
• Experience with Reflection, Expression Trees and dynamic code generation
• Expertise in T4 templates, Razor templating or similar code generation technologies
• Understanding of ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and modern .NET patterns
• AWS: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (Kubernetes, EC2, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and cloud architecture
• Problem Solving: Proven ability to design solutions for complex technical challenges
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder interaction and team leadership
