Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an experienced .NET Architect to design scalable, secure enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Azure. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes technical direction and guides engineering teams.

You will define architectures, build REST APIs and microservices, drive CI/CD and DevOps, ensure security and performance, and mentor developers across multiple squads while collaborating with product and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a .NET Architect or similar with leadership responsibilities.
• Hands-on expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Azure.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID, security, scalability, and cloud architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and resilient solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Azure, APIs, and microservices.
• Define application architecture, service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable design standards.
• Design REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integrations.
• Drive Azure cloud architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Build systems for high availability, scalability, performance, and resilience, using caching and asynchronous processing.
• Apply secure architecture practices including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, encryption, and secure API design.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews and promote SOLID principles, design patterns, engineering standards and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and technical debt.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across engineering teams.
• Partner with product, engineering, security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Stay hands-on with prototypes, technical spikes, and complex implementation challenges.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience as a .NET Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Software Engineer with architecture responsibilities.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Azure.
• Solid experience with microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID, security, scalability, performance, and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, banking or other regulated environments.
• Experience with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Snowflake or similar technologies.
• Experience with cloud modernization and legacy .NET transformation.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled services and AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex or Claude.
