Overview

We are seeking an experienced .NET Architect to design, develop, and deliver modern, cloud-native applications that support enterprise business initiatives. This role combines hands-on software development with architectural leadership, leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies including .NET 8+, Blazor, C#, and Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable, secure, and resilient applications while mentoring development teams and establishing technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to influence application architecture, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative software solutions.

Duties

• Design and develop enterprise‑grade web applications using .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, C#, and TypeScript.
• Architect secure, scalable, and highly available cloud‑native solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Build and maintain modern microservices‑based applications following Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and other established architectural patterns.
• Develop and optimize data solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Lead the design of technical architectures and establish development standards, coding practices, and engineering guidelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to a team of developers through code reviews, coaching, and architectural guidance.
• Develop critical application components and establish reusable frameworks and shared services.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Software Architect or Technical Architect.
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing Agile software development teams.
• Expert‑level experience with .NET 8+, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience designing and deploying cloud‑native applications in Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and AKS.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, Domain‑Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and other enterprise design patterns.
• Experience implementing automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Proven ability to design resilient, secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise software solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
