Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Hybrid Work Setup)

Duration: 6 Months (Start: 10/01/2026 - End: 12/31/2026)

Pay Rate: $56.00/hr On W2

Role Summary

Seeking a Senior AI & .NET Application Developer with 8--10 years of full-stack engineering experience for a 6-month contract in Richardson, TX (Hybrid setup, with face-to-face interview required).

The candidate will lead the development of high-impact features combining core .NET enterprise development with native Generative AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities include building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI agents using Claude and GitHub Copilot, architecting scalable solutions on AWS, developing UI components in React (or Angular), and mentoring junior engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Native AI & Generative AI Engineering: Architect and build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and autonomous AI agents leveraging Claude, GitHub Copilot, and modern GenAI frameworks.
• Full-Stack Application Development: Design and deliver scalable full-stack enterprise applications using C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AWS cloud services.
• Architecture & Scalability: Lead feature design, ensure overall code performance, perform thorough code reviews, and maintain clean UI/UX integration.
• Team Leadership & Client Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional client stakeholders and provide direct technical mentorship to junior developers on the team.

Required Skills

• Core Experience: 8--10 years of hands-on software development experience.
• AI & GenAI Stack: Proven experience in Native/Generative AI development, including MCP servers, AI agents, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
• Microsoft & Cloud Stack: Strong back-end expertise in C#, .NET framework, and AWS cloud ecosystem.
