Fractal-Analytics in Massachusetts is seeking a Mid-Level Business Logic & Integration Developer to design, build, and manage backend services for a medical imaging platform. You will contribute to API design, data workflows, and the integration of AI-driven outputs into radiology applications.

The role requires strong .NET (C#) experience, API development skills, and a solid grasp of data integration and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in .NET (C#).
• API design and RESTful service development.
• Data integration and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and/or NoSQL.
• Understanding of radiology data structures and clinical workflows.
• Basic understanding of medical imaging standards (DICOM).
• Experience integrating AI/ML outputs into production systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend logic using .NET (C#).
• Build and manage ASP.NET Core services for data processing and integration.
• Implement data integration workflows across multiple systems and components.
• Work with radiology data structures and clinical workflows.
• Integrate AIAgent outputs and external AI results into the platform.
• Handle demo study loading, data orchestration, and end-to-end data flow.
• Collaborate with frontend, AI, and clinical stakeholders to ensure reliable systems.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120,000 – $130,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.BenefitsAs a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
