Job summary

Dominion Energy South Carolina ERO Compliannce is seeking a Summer Intern located in Cayce, SC to support NERC compliance efforts. The role involves coordinating compliance programs, assisting with audits, and developing compliance documents and tracking tools.

The intern will work on submittals, data requests, and internal controls, leveraging Microsoft Office tools and strong communication to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to a robust compliance program.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Must be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program with GPA minimum 2.5.
• Anticipated Graduation Date Spring 2028 or later.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination, administration, and support of NERC compliance efforts.
• Support audit preparation activities and participate in audits/spot-checks.
• Coordinate compliance-related submittals including self-reports and mitigation plans.
• Analyze, update, and develop compliance documents and procedures.
• Develop and maintain compliance tracking tools and training materials.
• Identify and implement internal controls and human performance tools.
