Job summary

NAVA Software Solutions LLC is seeking a Compliance and Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite three days per week and potential changes.

The role focuses on supporting daily operations, security, and compliance of the Transmission Management System (TMS) to meet NERC CIP standards and internal security controls. You will coordinate with Operations, Security, Engineering, and Compliance teams to identify risks, implement controls, and drive improvements ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in regulated OT, transmission operations, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Knowledge of NERC CIP standards and their application in electric utility environments.
• Experience developing and maintaining policies, plans, procedures, and compliance docs.
• Understanding of TMS/EMS/OT environments and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations within the TMS environment.
• Maintain NERC CIP compliance documentation and evidence repositories.
• Monitor compliance with NERC CIP, regulatory, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, standardization, and regulatory readiness.
• Coordinate changes with Operations, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and compliance evidence management.
