Jackson Physician Search is assisting a nephrology practice located in The Woodlands, TX, just north of Houston, with a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will join a stable group of 4 nephrologists and 2 advanced practice providers and may begin building a practice immediately in a collegial environment.

The position welcomes current fellows or practicing nephrologists, with a strong preference for Texas licensure.

Qualifications

• Group currently consists of 4 nephrologists and 2 APPs expanding due to phenomenal growth.
• Open to current fellows or practicing nephrologists; Texas license preferred.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a nephrology practice within the group.
• Collaborate with 4 nephrologists and 2 APPs to deliver patient care.
• Transition to a partnership track after two consecutive years of employment.
