Accolades Physician Resources is assisting a nephrology practice opportunity in East Tennessee. The position involves joining 3 nephrologists, covering one hospital, and supporting six dialysis clinics across the region with inpatient and outpatient renal care.

The group emphasizes a hospital-employed model with substantial support, a clear pathway to partnership and medical directorship, and loan forgiveness options. Board certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of Medical School and Internal Medicine residency.
• BC/BE Nephrology.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Tennessee medical license or IMLC membership.
• Clean DEA and professional record.

Responsibilities

• Cover 1 hospital in the Knoxville area.
• Join a group of 3 nephrologists.
• Group covers 6 dialysis clinics in the area.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient renal care (AKI/CKD, dialysis, transplant follow-up).
• 24/7 on-call support with in-house hospitalist for admissions.
