Job summary

Arizona-based private nephrology practice is expanding in Kingman and Lake Havasu City, seeking a nephrologist to join the physician-led team. Opportunity to build a strong clinical presence while growing toward future partnership. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Base salaries start at $350,000 in year one, increasing to $400,000 in years two and three, with a production bonus and sign-on/relocation assistance. Established CKD patient base and NP support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with nephrology fellowship and board certification or eligibility.
• Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Completion of accredited internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nephrology care to CKD patients and new consults.
• Grow the practice and participate in future partnership and leadership opportunities.
• Collaborate with NP support to deliver full-spectrum nephrology services.
• Contribute to expansion plans in Lake Havasu City and Kingman.
