Mayo Clinic is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate and deliver patient care, education and transitions across care settings in Minnesota. The RN will lead with the Nursing Professional Practice Model, mentor peers, and ensure quality and safety in daily operations.

Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program, 1 year RN experience, and license per state rules; BSN preferred. TN sponsorship is noted for new grads; flexibility and EMR experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program, as recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA; one year RN experience required.
• All entry-level associates with RN start after Apr 1, 2020 must show BSN within five years.
• All RN start dates before Apr 1, 2020 must show BSN as per historic requirements.
• 1 year RN experience required; BSN preferred; leadership, communication and critical thinking essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team; EMR experience preferred.
• Internal applicants must attach their three most recent performance appraisals.

• Coordinate nursing care, direct patient care and education across the care continuum.
• Lead and mentor within Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and quality initiatives.
