Job summary

University of Washington in Seattle seeks clinicians for full-time appointments in Nephrology at UWMC, Montlake and Northwest campuses. Positions are non-tenure eligible on Clinical Practice track, with rank at Assistant, Associate, or Professor and 12-month service period. Start date Summer 2027, flexible.

Clinicians will cover inpatient consults, outpatient nephrology and subspecialty clinics, and may work in community dialysis units. Teaching and research are expected components.

Qualifications

• MD (or foreign equivalent) and ABIM board-certified or eligible in Nephrology.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited nephrology fellowship or foreign equivalent.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington.
• Demonstrated outstanding clinical and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nephrology care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Participate in teaching and scholarly activities within the division.
• Engage in divisional conferences and ongoing professional development.
