Mansioni

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned nephrology research studies including recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain study documentation, CRFs, and regulatory files per GCP and IRB.
• Collect, organize, and verify study data ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule and conduct patient visits, informed consent discussions, and study procedures.
• Maintain proficiency with EHR and trial management software for documenting activities and reporting.
• Communicate with investigators, site personnel, and patients to address questions and ensure protocol adherence.
• Monitor timelines and milestones, flag delays, provide updates to the team.
