Job summary

Panoramic Health, in partnership with Southwest Kidney Institute, seeks a BC/BE nephrologist to join the Tucson, AZ team. You will deliver exceptional, evidence-based kidney care within a physician-led organization, maintaining autonomy in patient management.

Join a nationwide network with enhanced support functions while benefiting from a $250,000 base salary in Year 1, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and generous PTO. Arizona license and board eligibility are preferred.

Hiring Package:

• $250,000 Base Salary Year 1
• Medical, Dental and Vision available
• STD and LTD available
• Up to $10,000 relocation allowance
• 2,500 CME allowance annually
• 5 weeks PTO

Schedule/Practice Details:

• Join a provider group with more than 40 clinic location all over Arizona
• Join more than 60 Nephrologists
• Southwest Kidney Institute is a founding member of Renal Care Organization – National Platform representing approx. 250 providers and nearly 300k CKD patients
